What is the best PopCap adventure game?

The closest PopCap games come to an adventure of the point-and-click variety is in the hidden-object genre. There, two DS titles stand out: Amazing Adventures: The Forgotten Ruins and Mystery P.I. – Portrait of a Thief.

Amazing Adventures: The Forgotten Ruins gets a score of 7.5/10 from IGN, 7/10 from AceGamez and 6/10 from Eurogamer (scroll down for the review).

Mystery P.I. – Portrait of a Thief counts as the best in the Mystery P.I. series, getting 7/10 points from Eurogamer and 6/10 from IGN. However, AceGamez rates it at just 4/10.

Is Blood Drive a split-screen game?

No. This zombie-killing vehicular-combat title for the Xbox 360 and PS3 does not offer any kind of local co-op and its online multiplayer does not support split-screen.

Weekend Q&A — 26 Sep 2010

Predictably, a lot of the searches that bring people here are queries about whether a game has split-screen co-op or not. These are yes/no questions and the answers can get a little repetitive to those who are not particularly interested to know them, so I’ve left them for the second part of the post.
