I love this art style. It reminds me of the illustrations in JRR Tolkien books such as The Hobbit. Beautiful.
No indication if it’s anything to do with the game Torchlight, so I’m forced to assume it does.

HALO by adonihs - Dan LuVisi
Halo is one of those games which it is almost shameful to admit not having played. Somehow, I’ve never spent any time with any of the games in the series. I’m sure they are all great and if I’ve been biased towards them, it has been a positive bias: I really want to play Halo. Thing is there are other games I also really want to play. So somehow I’ve never gotten to it.
It is for this reason that I have a hard time understanding the fuss about this Master Chief guy. Is he some kind of superhero? Seems pretty regular to me.

The guy in this graffiti reminds me of the playable character in iOS puzzler Psychoban. The story there is that he’s been lobotomised, which I guess some would say is similar to being a SNES head. How else would one endure the sadistic difficulty of most games on that platform?

Although Dilyan would not agree I think Dante is one of the greatest action game characters ever. Would pick him over stupid Kratos everytime.

People are up in arms over the new, “emo” Dante in DmC: Devil May Cry, but I never liked his drivel particularly well anyway. And I always thought comparisons with Bayonetta, where she is reduced to a she-Dante, very unfair. Good job they’ve been tested against each other and now we know for sure who’s better.
